Signs by the Road

I pull out onto the Heritage Raod and start for the Water Bridge. Driving along I notice by the side of the road, a newly installed blaze orange sign that says: RodeWerk AHead. Warily I slow up to survey the situation.
Apparently the sign is legit this time. Up ahead where the ford Road dips down into the broad flood palin on either side of the Too Much Creek are assorted Clover County Road Trucks.  And a hoisting truck seems to be moving several sizeable slabs of the flatrock that will be used to shore up and improve the water bridge.
And backed up along both sides of the road where it crosses the Water Bridge are cars and trucks waiting to get accross. In the distance, I see a worker who must be directing the traffic accross.
My only observation would be that this worker has the traffic worse than the Burdock Center Rush Minute. The Rush Minute is the daily traffic jam that occurs in the morning, and the evening, and sometimes at noon when people are coming to and going from work in downtown Burdock Center. Perhaps it is a bit of an exasgeration to call it the Rush Minute. Sometimes it is the Rush Two Minutes, but Rush Mnute is quicker to say.
