Bounce

WeenerMan pulls the RodneyMobile over and gets out on his side. I very carefully get out of mine.
HM Weenerman steps over and is looking over the Bewaer of Skwirrls sign very carefully, "This appears to be the work," the WeenerMan announces, "Of one Ernie Scrubbs."
"How’d you ever figure that?" I ask with a grin.
"Only a master-mind would place such a signage out here in the Middle of the Roughs!"
"We are getting to the edge," I point out.
"But we are still in the Roughs," the Weener-man points out, "And so while someone is here speculating as to the real meaning of this message in the middle of the Roughs, the question is this;" the Weener-man expounds, "While we are here contemplating the meaning behind this cryptic message, what is Ernie now up to?"
"Eating a cold-cut sandwich at the BurDock," I suggest.
"He knows that we know, but maybe he thinks we don’t know that he knows, andthat while we think he knows, he thinks we will be someplace else while he thinks he knows…"
I shrug. "Maybe Judge Patrick told him to put one here."
WeenerMan nods gravely, "But consder the signage; why here, and why the cryptic spelling."
"Give the Night-school program credit, at least they have Ernie sounding things out by now."
"So it appears," HM Weenerman considers, "But there must be a hidden meaning, as in, what is the relavance of these arrows, pointing up?"
