"Wonder why any state would place a deposit on murky green pop-cans," one of the bystanders speculate.
"They don’t want anyone to see them out along the roadside of course," Twisty remarks.
"Oh yeah, I can see the litter-prevention angle," the bystander admits, "but isn’t a special deposit going a little far?"
Twistine shrugs, "Guess they don’t want anyone driving through to know that anyone in their state even drinks murky green pop."
"True enough," the bystander agrees, "But that’s limited distribution, how does it even get out of here?"
