Round About

The second hole is the loop to loop. I tee up and go first. The ball goes around the loop and down to the green where it kicks off of the right hand corner.
“They changed the hole location,” the Weenerman confides.
“You always must consider hole location,” Judge Patrick advises me.
“Changeable Hole location, on a mini-course?” I quip.
“Putt-Puttcourse with sophisticated tastes,” Judge Patrick observes.
“Agreed,” the WeenerMan agrees.
Judge Patrick watches the Weenerman tee up and shoot his ball thru the loop-to-loop
The Ball sails thru the loop and comes off witn enough speed to bump off of the back wall and come to a stop inches from the hole.
“Centrifugal force, HM WeenerMan remarks calmly.
Judge Patrick studies the WeenerMan’s shot. Steps up tol the tee, and with a certain touch, loops the ball around the inside of the obstacle. It rolls out, slows and drops nicely into the hole.
“Finesse,” Judge Patrick grins underneath his white moustache.
Quite, the WeenerMan agrees as he taps his putt in.
Takes me two more putts to get around the barrier, and the ball in place so I can push it into the cup.
“I can see why you don’t keep score,” Judge Patrick observes.
‘Never thought of it in those terms,” the WeenerMan agrees.
